Diffit

Just found out about this learning resource cranking beast. Not sure how well this will work, but I gave this a try out of curiosity.

What is Diffit?

Educators can use existing curriculum, or generate content from scratch with real, cited sources. So you can basically type a topic of your lesson, much like asking ChatGPT for a response, and the website will spit out a brief summary of the lesson, key vocabulary words, multiple choice questions, short answer questions, open-ended prompts for writing.

You can edit the content that’s been sourced from what internet has to offer. WARNING though, I tried something out and the summary will need you to pay attention and review it.

At the bottom of all of these wonderful teaching resources, there’s a button, that will create worksheet, graphic organizers, quiz questions and slides for the students. Just the breadth of types of activities it creates definitely make each step of learning a new concept a breeze.

I’m planning on using vocabulary practice, and anything that will help with reading comprehension for my beginner level students. I can’t wait to hear my student feedback on these activities!!
